Sunday - Forest Park Walk - NW 40th & Thurman

***TURN UP THURMAN ST. FROM 23rd and follow Thurman until it runs out to the trail****** 4 miles - approximately 20 min. mile pace It may be dark at the beginning of the walk - come prepared with reflective apparel and/or flash light! Leif Erikson Drive Trailhead at the end of NW Thurman Street - We will be meeting at Thurman St. Gate to start. Simply put if you get to 23rd in Thurman follow Thurman upward toward the mountain until Thurman runs out. This has a gradual - to moderate incline and the fire lane is easy to follow and return on. REMEMBER TO ALWAYS STAY TO THE RIGHT TO BE COURTEOUS TO RUNNERS AND BIKERS. I'm looking forward to it - I hope you are too! Happy Trails!
