Yoga! (Basics Class)

Heat Yoga anyone? We'll go to a basics class at Portland Power Yoga from 5:45 to 7:15. I set the meetup time for 5:15, because you'll want to get there early. The class fills up fast. That will give you enough time to sign in, pay, and change before class begins! Check out their website below for more details. If this is your first time trying heat yoga, please remember to stay hydrated with water throughout the day before you attend class. You'll want to bring water and a towel to the class as well.
