i agree about the seating thing, but the fact that there aren't permanent seats make it a great place for rock concerts. i went to see thirty seconds to mars there once, and i was sure glad for the floor space. compared to that, seeing evanescense and the trans-siberian orchestra at the rose quarter was pretty boring. you can't really do much there for risk of falling.

nice venue, but needs more seats for the slower shows... we kinda all end up swaying, trying to keep our balance after the first couple songs
