A saucy Latin dance fitness class that is sure to please!!!!!! Everyone enjoys this class as a great way to exercise without realizing your doing so! The steps are simple enough for beginners to do yet advanced enough where advanced dancers and pros alike can join the party. Some of the latin rhythms incoorperated are: samba, salsa, merengue, reggeton, cumbia, rumba, and flamenco. Come for friends, fun and fitness!
