Daily, Dawn to Dusk, YR0846 is rated 1+ and is okay for strollers but wheelchairs might have problems. The route is on sidewalks, bike paths and wood chip trails. It includes 3km along the beautiful Columbia River and 2km which follows a waterway abundant with waterfowl and is one of the newer additons to Portland's 40 mile loop. There are restrooms at the start/finish only.
