Join us on Wednesday evenings for a public program and learn how to deepen your spiritual practice. We begin with chanting, sit together in a guided meditation, and close the evening with questions and answers. The program starts at 7:00 pm and lasts approximately one hour. There's an optional 40 minute hatha yoga practice beginning at 6:00 pm. The yoga practice is designed to help prepare you to sit comfortably in meditation. You're welcome to come to both yoga and meditation, or just the meditation part of the program. The program is open to anyone, and it's a wonderful opportunity to get a taste of hatha yoga and meditation practice at The Movement Center. Two of our senior teachers, Sharon Ward and Swami Prakashananda, lead the program on alternate weeks
