Description
This is a gathering that has been happening on Sunday evenings for 29 years. Robert Beatty, the founder of PIMC leads a sitting Mindfulness (Vipassana) meditation followed by some mindful movement. Then he offers a lecture on the teachings of the Buddha regarding meditation and living an engaged and happy life. This group is of help to new and experienced meditators. Each first Sunday of the month Robert offers an introduction for newcomers to PIMC and meditation from 5 - 6 PM.
