Description
I would like to introduce my practice and myself to you. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have started a private practice in counseling and psychotherapy for women and adolescent girls. My practice, exhalecounseling, empowers girls and women to live confident and healthy lives by helping them improve their health, self-esteem, and image. As a woman of color, youth development specialist, and an advocate for healthy living, I have chosen to focus my practice on adolescent girls and women. As a woman, there are so many roles and expectations to fulfill. And as an adolescent, life can seem so confusing, unfair, and uncertain. With over twelve years of direct practice experience working with youth and families, I provide guidance and support for adolescent girls and women looking to improve their relationships, communication skills, self-esteem, emotions management, and overall health. SERVICES • lifestyle coaching, individual counseling and psychotherapy for adolescent girls and women • family counseling and mediation • support groups • culturally sensitive services with ethnic minorities SUPPORT GROUPS exhaling- Support group for new moms entering the exciting chapter of parenthood!
