Day 1: Wedding Design Focus: Explore the fundamentals of design, color, structure and mechanics. Once you know the rules, have fun breaking them to achieve surprising and stunning arrangements. Learn to look at flowers in containers with a fresh perspective, discovering sources of inspiration in gardens, textiles, art, books and the world around you. Projects: Garden arrangements Day 2: Reception Flowers Focus: Observe whatâs involved in consultations, proposals and contracts. Design elements for the reception, including centerpieces, arrangements for buffets and mantles, cake decorations. Projects: Creative centerpieces Day 3: Ceremony Flowers Focus: Here youâll get a look at the intricaties of sourcing, ordering and pricing flowers. Find out why streamlining workload is essential. Design elements for the ceremony, including altar, candelabra and pew arrangements, and chuppah decorations. Projects: cascading arrangements, flower garlands Day 4: Personal Flowers Focus: How does Françoise come up with new ideas and how does she promote her passion? Design flowers for the wedding party, including the bridal and bridesmaidâs bouquets, headwreaths, pomanders, corsages and boutonnieres. Projects: bridal bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres Day 5: Outdoor Weddings Focus: What goes into getting flowers delivered and what happens on the scene?
