Developing Focus

If there is one constant between all of the clients that I see, it is that every single one of them has something that they would like to focus upon. And focus upon better than they ever have before. The conclusion being that it really doesn't matter what it is that you would like to work on personally, wherever you are at in your journey... Learning to focus can simply and quickly change your life. Think about it for a moment if you will, when we focus upon something, we channel our energy towards it. Whatever we are focused on literally gives our lives a framework, a context. Consider the information that you let into your mind, that you accept, consciously or subconsciously. Consider the tv shows you watch, news programs, the mood of the music you listen to, your drugs of choice (sugar, caffeine, alcohol, etc.), the climate you live in, the nature of your relationships... All of these aspects of your life influence your perception of reality. Thus, if you want to finally change your life, a part of that process must include altering your perception.. Of yourself and the world around you. This will be a really fun practical evening, showing you simple techniques to focus your mind, let go of clutter and live more efficiently and joyfully. As usual, there is a $10 voluntary fee to cover costs, bringing pillows or cushions is a great idea, as is bringing water.
