Description
The Beginning BodyVox Technique class for adults will explore BodyVox's philosophy of movement while developing basic dance skills and building a foundation for creative ingenuity and imagination. The class, while paced for beginning dancers, will be active enough for participants to build heart rate and endurance skills.
