Description
We are pleased to offer two after school classes, one at Bonny Slope Elementary and another at Raleigh Park Elementary. These after school classes teach basic self-defense skills, focusing mainly on verbal self defense (saying "NO"), as well as some physical self-defense. We will also go over when it is appropriate to use your verbal and physical self defense (i.e. not when it's bed time, only if you are in danger). In addition to self-defense skills, we will also play a variety of games and get fit while having fun!
