WAVE Restaurant & Lounge Introduces Tapas Style Bar Menu

WAVE Restaurant & Lounge, the signature restaurant at Danfords Hotel & Marina is now serving a tapas menu at the bar beginning at 5 p.m. Tapas are small flavorful dishes that are popular in Spain’s social and cultural lifestyle. Executive Chef Paul Govin serves tapas with Italian, Asian, Latin American and Southwestern influences. The menu is as follows:

Mesa Shrimp Boats $13
Served on toast points with a Roasted Corn and Tomato Relish with Hot Ham, Cilantro, Lime, and Chilis

Bruschetta Caponata $6
A roasted blend of Tomatoes, Eggplant, Garlic, Capocollo, Basil, served over Grana Padano Crostini with drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Pit Fired Pulled Pork Flight $8
A flight of Mini Sandwiches filled with a blend of Southern Style Barbecued Pulled Pork with Cilantro, Caramelized Onions, and Smokey Chipotle Sauce

Mango-Chili Tuna Sashimi $9
Mango-Chili Glazed Tuna Sashimi served on Sticky Rice with Thai-Mango sauce, Wasabi, Pickled Ginger, Soy

Gratins of Beef and Roasted Shallot $7
Roasted Shallots, Shredded Beef, and Mushroom, served on Canapés with Melted Gruyere and White Truffle Drizzle
