Foam Roller Class

Stretching alone will not always alleviate muscle tensions. Often the only way to work out the muscle tension, is to apply pressure, which a foam roller does beautifully. A foam roll is a great technique for stretching and myofascial massage. You're invited to join us for an experiential class, trying out different ways to use a foam roller to massage the whole body. If you have one, bring your own foam roller with you. Space is limited to 6 people. She started deeply rooted in eastern techniques and developed an interest in NeuroMuscular therapy and pre and postnatal massage. Gina's approach to health and healing has always included some blend of eastern and western medicine. From learning to meditate at 8 years old to help to control seizures to incorporating tai chi in to a physical therapy regimen after surgery. She has always felt that the path to health and wellness lies somewhere in between the two extremes. Her passion to teach, always learn more and to empower her clients and students with new and old techniques for healing grows every day.
