Mon-Wed 8am-10pm, Thur 8am-11pm, Fri-Sat 8am-12am, Sun 9am-3pm. Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, July 4. The trail goes through the historic downtown district with its unique shops, restaurants and art galleries; along quiet residential streets; and a paved loop around Central Carolina Community College.
