Tuesday Night at Shaw Butte

This hike will be done as a loop. It is a little over 4 miles with an elevation gain of about 800 feet. We start promptly at 5 pm because it gets dark early. Please arrive a few minutes early, we don't like to leave anyone behind but need to start on time. This is a fitness hike. We will be keeping a moderate to fast pace. Please evaluate your ability before attending. We will meet at the Visitor Center on the west side of 7th St. just south of Thunderbird. There is a circular seating area in front of the Center by the restrooms, this is where the trailhead starts. Bring PLENTY of water. Also, It is dark when we finish, please bring a headlamp or flashlight.
