What is Rock-N-Glow

Rock-N-Glow 5K fun walk/run energized by continuous bursts of music along the course, with participants covered in glow in the dark swag. Come light the night for a great charity. Add your own creative glow by dressing up in costumes that glow, and rock.

Packet Pickup 

Packet Pick Up details will be located at Sole Sports during race week.   

 Packet Pick-up's: 5/15 Wednesday 4-7pm - Sole Sports Tempe - NE Corner of Rural Rd & Warner 5/16 Thursday 4-7pm - Sole Sports Scottsdale - SE Corner of Hayden Rd & Indian Bend Rd 5/17 Friday 4-7pm - Sole Sports Glendale - SE Corner of 59th Ave & Unions Hills Dr

Pre-Race Celebration starts at 6:00 pm 

Rock-N-Glow 5K fun run/walk will kick of an energized event with music and many local vendors available to showcase their products and services.  There will be many items available for sampling and FREEBIES.  There will some vendors selling products.  Also make sure to visit the Rock-N-Glow 5K Glow Station to purchase additional glow in the dark items.  

The Course - Race starts at 8:00 pm 

3.1 miles of glowing fun with thousands of runners decked out in glow gear. Rock-n-Glow 5K will also feature music at multiple locations along the course pumping out the latest top 40 dance mixes to keep you rocking.

Participants

Participate as an individual, or gather your friends together and participate as a team of 4 or more. Please max team to 20 people.

Rock-N-Glow After Party

Come for the 5K, but stay for the party, participants will enjoy one of the best Rock-N-Glow parties ever assembled with thousands of glowing runners and walkers dancing the night away as local DJ's keep the party going into the late night hours, with glowing beach balls, raffle prizes, vendors, food and drink specials and of course lots of neon and glow in the dark lighting effects all while you rock the night away.
