The Second annual Fashion Fantastico is scheduled for April 13, 2012 at The Madison Event Center in Downtown Phoenix. This wearable arts show is a high-end event like no other in Arizona combining fashion, art and entertainment into a feast for the eyes and imagination. While the human body becomes “a living, breathing, moving canvas,” fashion and art will come together to create a new expression.

It culminates with an exceptional runway show that challenges both convention and perception, blending performance, lighting, dance and drama. The event runs from 5:30pm to 7:00 pm for registration, cocktails and tabletop displays; 7:00 to 8:30 for the Fashion Fantastico Show; and 8:30pm to 2:00 am for the VIP Reception (live music).

Fashion Fantastico is currently inviting artists to submit entry forms and concept designs for their submissions. There will be 4 costume categories for Fashion Fantastico: Dragon Quest, Think Globally…Design Locally, Design for a Cause, and General. The audience will be comprised of professionals, artists and those looking for a full evening of live entertainment.
