The circle typically follows the following agenda: 7:10 or so :) Guided Meditation (the topics vary but have been known to include getting in touch with your higher self, spirit guides, co-creation, etc) 7:30 - 9:25 Hands on healing. The time on each person depends on the number of people present. 9:25 - 9:30 Closing circle Depending on the size of the circle we can occasionally run over, but we are making a group commitment to be done by 10:00 :)
