Sonny - Vocals Matt - Vocals/Guitar Travis - Throat/Guitar Derek - Growl/Drums Los Angeles-based From First to Last was founded by guitarists Matt Good and Travis Richter in 2002, when the two had bands that played together in Florida. A revolving line-up with post-hardcore punk and metal influences was documented on their 2003 EP Aesthetic, as well as their 2004 Epitaph debut Dear Diary, My Teen Angst Has a Body Count, which saw the addition of singer Sonny Moore and drummer Derek Bloom. THEREFORE I AM
The Boston punk & hardcore scene has been known for over two decades for producing such renowned acts as Slapshot, The Hope Conspiracy, The Receiving End of Sirens, Give Up the Ghost, Cave In and Converge. Therefore I Am, Boston’s latest hometown heroes, have been making a name for themselves since 2004. The band has self-released 3 eps and embarked on over 7 U.S. tours - and shows no sign of slowing down.
