While at the Old Lodge, the very shy Charlie lets his friend Froggy pass him off as a foreigner that doesn't speak English. While quietly observing his surroundings and not speaking, Charlie overhears quite a bit - including some very serious sinister plans being developed. Much mayhem follows in Larry Shue's comedy.
