One hour of sitting and walking meditation 10-11am, followed by a tea break and book discussion or video program. DON'T FORGET CANNED GOODS FOR OUR FOOD DRIVE & TO SIGN UP AT THE CENTER FOR OUR ADOPT A FAMILY THIS HOLIDAY SEASON! (canceled until Feb 2009) The 4th Sunday of the month is Nyinthun practice. Three hour sitting meditation with walking meditation mixed in. Everyone is invited to attend all or part. There will be meditiation instructors, please schedule ahead for one on one instruction.
