Does anyone like to run or walk? I will be doing the Tempe IronGirl 10 miler run on Saturday, November 15. This is a great run, and they also offer a 5k, if the 10 miler seems a bit scary. Check out the website for more information - irongirl.com. IronGirl events are women-only events, and their mission is to empower women towards a healthy lifestyle. The races are truly friendly, and the only events where I see everyone cheering everyone else on. You must register via the website if you want to do either run, and packet pick up is Saturday, the 14th. Let's meet at the drinking fountains on the west end of Tempe Town Lake by 7:30am on race day (Sunday), and start the race together. Everyone can run at their own pace, and then wait for everyone else to finish at the finish line (we all need cheerleaders!). Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.... Jen
