In this screwball comedy, Harry Brock is a business tycoon who heads to Washington, D.C. to work with a less-than-ethical senator. Thinking his fiance Billie is not cultured enough for the D.C. set, he hires a journalist to give her a crash course education in history, literature, politics and true love.
