Owners Rich Machlin and Jude Erwin first opened the Serrano restaurant in 1985. They proposed an eclectic menu that features everything from Celtic Cuisine to Thai Noodles and American Meatloaf. The restaurant was so successful that the team decided to open the Tin Angel Acoustic Cafe in 1992 on the second floor of the restaurant. The Tin Angel Acoustic Cafe has featured a diverse array of music ranging from blues and rock to country and folk. The combo of restaurant and music proved to be so successful that the venue is not celebrating over a quarter century in the business!
