Description
The Tuesday Wave is a weekly drop-in practice class for anyone who has danced the 5Rhythms at least once before. Put body mind & heart into motion to music & explore different ways of being and moving -on your own and with others. There are no steps to learn, and this dance can be enjoyed by all, regardless of age, fitness, ability or experience. Studio 1831 is at 1831 Brandywine Street (Spring Garden/Art Museum district) Multimap map (disregard the '1861': the red circle's in the right place) Time: 7pm - 9pm $15 $10 Students/Elders/Unemployed Please bring water to drink and clothing in layers that lets you move. You can dance barefoot or in soft-soled shoes. (It's a professional sprung floor!) And please, no gum & no chatter on the dance floor! Details: waves.philly@gmail.com
