Get ready to get moving! This meetup will feature a brisk outdoor walk at the scenic Neshaminy State Park. So wear your most comfortable sneaks and sweats, bring your Ipods, and MP3 players and lets do it! Then we can take a break and enjoy the beautiful view while we take a deep breath and a refreshing drink from our water bottles. This walk is for those that enjoy brisk walks to get the heart pumping. If there are any joggers in the group I can group you together. We need to have at least 5 members for this meetup to avoid it being cancelled. Group excersize is all about the group support. We can all get through this to meet our weight loss goals, with a positive attitude, and a desire to lose weight and keep fit. See you all there! :)
