Biography The extraordinarily prolific Tommy Lugo, front man and brainchild behind Stellarscope, has for last couple of years been pumping out lo-fi electro dreampop releases at a exceptional rate. Despite the high work-rate he shows no signs of a flagging talent. He blends electronics, drones and atmospherics to create a distinct and identifiable sound that all shoegaze fans will appreciate. yet it will be appealing to a broader audience as well.
