QUANTUM LEAP Philly Chapter - meet & greet

I took over the Organizer role for this MeetUp back in July 2009, as it was about to expire. I subsequently moved to a new living location. Now that I'm somewhat settled, I can refocus my attention to this group - thanks for being patient and expressing interest. When I took over, I received messages from Joanne & Taoe offering assistance - thanks for those. I want to get as many of you together as possible to start, and to brainstorm on what you want from the MeetUp. I don't know what transpired prior to my taking over, or why it was left to dissolve. At this juncture in our existence, this topic/area can encompass a wide range, inclusive of science, matter & energy, spirituality, etc. Plus, this group's means of meeting and communication can take many forms, though the spirit of this is to meet in person on a semi-regular basis - to socialize and share a common interest as much as to be collective in consciousness. How often and where can be agreed upon. Let's start here. Most of you live in Philly, so I picked a location in the city: Cosi at 12th & Walnut. It is convenient to SEPTA. Concurrently, for those who live in the 'burbs, there is inexpensive parking at 10th & Filbert, relatively close walking distance to our meeting spot. As we all have numerous interests and responsibilities, I appreciate the camaraderie and sharing of sustaining this group. The meeting fee charge will initially only be to recoup money I spent on the $45 "organizer" fee that is a recurring charge every three (3) months. If we collectively determine monies need to be collected for other items, we'll get to that. The date is short notice, I know - the Holidays are fast approaching, and I wanted to do at least one meet and greet ASAP. Look forward to seeing all of you! Ernie
