Description
iNFiNiEN combines eclectic musical personalities into a visionary, unified force. With rock, jazz, soul, world, and classical influences, the quartet plays intricately composed songs with a focus on improvisation. After playing together for three years, iNFiNiEN has discovered its own voice both live and in the studio. Their diverse influences are portrayed, but the sound produced is unique. iNFiNiEN has been compared to Bjork, Radiohead, Mahavishnu Orchestra, and John Zorn&' Masada
Consider the Source are four seriously creative dudes playing mixtures of post-hardcore and progressive grunge-rock. Like a tamer version of Trophy Scars (vocals-wise), Consider The Source are smart and still plenty energetic. The constantly changing time signatures and jagged guitars of “Brian Wilson Was Emo Before Emo Was Cool” will never put anyone to sleep, especially with Seth Grueneberg&' scratchy vocals coating everything in a haze of disaffectedness. Consider The Source specialize in taking meandering, throatier paths to indie-rock goodness.

Khyber
The Khyber is one of the oldest bars in Philadelphia. It is the quintessential rock club - all dark and smoky. The chosen bar for old and new rockers alike, most bands go on to hit the jackpot from here (always a good sign). The bar itself, designed with ferocious red eyed gargoyles, is a legend having being shipped from London way back in 1876. The club boasts of at least one good live show in a week.
