Full Moon Hike at Tyler Arboreum

Join us for a nocturnal expedition through the wooded trails of Tyler Arboreum. Have you ever been in a park at night? It's a whole different experience from the day. One of the oldest arboreta in the northeastern United States, Tyler Arboretum encompasses 650 acres of renowned plant collections, champion trees, historic buildings, and 20 miles of hiking trails through woodlands, wetlands, and meadows. We will be following the Red Trail, a 3.1 mile hike. This trail is nice because it has some good ups and downs and gives a little workout. Since it will be dark, I expect it will take around an hour and one half. Guides from the arboretum will be accompanying us and can answer any questions you may have. Dress for the weather and bring a flashlight. We will be going even if there are clouds. We will meet in the parking lot with some Hot chocolate and cider to keep us warm.
