Gilmore's Restaurant currently serves foie gras, a luxury food item that is a result of repeated force feeding ducks to produce a diseased and grotesquely expanded liver. (for more info see www.stopforcefeeding.com ) There is no humane way to produce foie gras! Help spread the word about this cruel practice and convince Gilmore's to remove it from their menu! WHEN: Saturday, Feb 2 2008. 6 ? 8 PM WHERE: Gilmore's; 133 E Gay St; West Chester, PA 19380 RSVP: Please RSVP to Lydia ETC: All those attending are invited to a post-demo gathering in West Chester for drinks and light vegan fare.
