Description
Our November 18th general meeting at Paddy Whacks will be sponsored by Philadelphia Sports Club. Philadelphia Sports Club (PSC) will be providing a session on conditioning for the ski season. This will include a set of strength and conditioning exercises you can begin to prepare for the longer trips or simple one day get-aways during the season. We will also have a video presentation on what we need to be aware of to prevent ACL problems during the ski season. As always, we will begin with social time at 7pm. Conversation, drinks and dinner are available at Paddy Whacks Irish Sports Bar where we meet upstairs. And prize drawings are available from our sponsors. Do not miss these opportunities to meet and make friendships.
