More details about The Guggenheim Grotto
Bio
Their critically acclaimed debut Album '...Waltzing Alone' kept them busy touring the U.S. for most of 2006-2007 with songs from the Album featuring on many top rating U.S. TV Shows including Men In Trees, Brothers and Sisters, Six Degrees, One Tree Hill and award winning independent movie 'The Education of Charlie Banks'. Irish radio hit 'Told You So' featured on the Starbucks Compilation CD 'Across the Pond', a handpicked compilation of the 'Best and Brightest' also featuring Amy Winehouse, Damien Rice, KT Tunstall, Corinne Bailey Rae, Lilly Allen, Paulo Nutini and the The Fratelli’s. 'Philosophia', the opening track from '...Waltzing Alone' made iTunes 'Single of the Week', introducing the band to a wider audience and culminating in '...Waltzing Alone' climbing to the No.1 position on the iTunes Folk Chart in the U.S.
Still fresh from their phenomenal success in the U.S. and with a new Album of songs, The Guggenheim Grotto pair their hauntingly beautiful vocal harmonies with classical and contemporary instruments, creating a mix of Pop, Rock and Folk which keep audiences coming back again and again.
