Four of Chicago's finest; Adam Countryman (lead vocals, guitar), Scott Steele (lead guitar), Eric Epifanio (bass guitar), and Mikki Lee Puidak (drums, vocals) formed the explosive new group MINUS THE GIRL in early 2007. Their debut EP - NORTH AND ROCKWELL - due out early Summer 2007, contains 6 powerful new tracks. The band's sound has roots in power pop and alternative rock, but MTG has an amazing sound all it's own. MINUS THE GIRL is composed of two guitars, bass guitar, and drums. Not only does MINUS THE GIRL have a great full sound live and in the studio, MTG also puts on an energetic and soulful concert.
