As for the name. Brad, in a semi-altered state of mind, was reading a High Times interview with Joe Rogan and saw that Rogan mentioned that he smokes copious amounts of pot before each and every UFC event. Brad stated "Man, Joe Rogans Haggard" and it has pretty much stuck.
