If you feel trapped in the religion of your upbringing, it would be worth asking yourself how this came about. The answer is usually some form of childhood indoctrination. If you are religious at all it is overwhelmingly probable that your religion is that of your parents. If you were born in Oklahoma and you think Christianity is true and Islam false, knowing full well that you would think the opposite if you had been born in Afghanistan, you are the victim of childhood indoctrination.
Last time I saw Jim was last year at the Dow Event Center in Saginaw! It was alot of fun!! Love his jokes! It would be exciting if Jim Gaffigan came to Midland, MI Center for the Arts it's a nice place! Love the jokes about the "fruit cake". "Fruit good, cake great". "fruit cake nasty crap". We watch his show My Boys I like that he's on there. That's the first time I ever saw him in person!
Hey , Ive never seen yur stand up show but I can tell you that MY Boys is one of my favorite shows. If you come to Atlanta I will be sure to check you out. I hope they never cancel MY Boys!!!
I got my tickets today (5-22-08) for Gaffigan's show in Reno, Nevada July 26. I have to tell you he saved my life back in December. Saw his show on Comedy Central. It changed my life. Got me off the Hot Pockets. I can't thank him enough. I am also working towards being an active member of the Save the Polar Bears Foundation and I have my eye on adopting 19-year old Korean girl because of him. Thank you Jim.
