I second Briceyda's sentiment. I'll add that a lot of the cost is set by the venue, not the artist. Imagination Movers are not out to get filthy rich. They only want to make a living doing what they love, which is entertaining children and their families, without making the adults in the audience want to plug their ears and run screaming!! The adults have to force themselves to sit while the kids stand up and dance. We want to sing and dance, too!! :) These guys are the real deal.
Have you seen the price of children's entertainment, for example Elmo Live? And those are people in costumes, not even performing live! I take my kids to shows because it is a pleasure they can continue as adults. I have seen the Imagination Movers twice, and have never regretted a penny. Absolutely the best children's and family performance I have ever seen.
I demand the tickets are not $72.00. That is demented.
