Bio
As an explosively high-energy improvising group, Hip-O has been storming stages and dropping jaws in Indianapolis since 2005. Appearances at local venues have established Hip-O as an accomplished act. Hip-O has had many performances across the midwest, and have been pulling audiences in with funky grooves and improvisational jams.
Forming in 2004 as a three piece, and now with five members, the bands recent additions have enabled the already potent ensemble to push live shows to unprecedented levels of power and sophistication. With no show the same, hip-O never has difficulty engaging a crowd and loves to entertain.
The band is in the writing process and is set to record another album with the current lineup very soon.
