Bio
Nashville recording artists Dixie Tradition consists of a set of twin brothers that are 21 years old that sing vocals. Their live performance is as hot as pancakes on a griddle. They have a very diverse fan base from 3 years old to 80. Singing since the tender age of 3. This set of twins first performed on stage at age 6 during a local country music jamboree and they haven't stopped singing since. They have been called "Walking Jukeboxes" because of the variety they have in their voice and style. They mainly sizzle with the modern top 40 material like Jason Aldean, Chris Young, Craig Morgan as well as Montgomery Gentry just to name a few. But can belt out a Keith Whitley or Jim Reeves tune on cue if asked to.
In September 2007 Dixie Tradition won a $10,000 record project deal through “Project Star” sponsored by Bossier Parish Community College where they recorded two of their original songs. Jonathon wrote (Real men wear bowties) and to set the stage as country boys who love Chevy trucks or just any truck getting muddy in some back forty with their buddies. The second one (Rio) written by the twins uncle (Steve Rachal) is a love song written about-lost love and finally seeing what really matters in life. "Real Men Wear Bowties" will be presented to the local Chevrolet dealer for possible commercial use.
Dixie Tradition is saturating the local North West Louisiana area as well as expanding into Texas to such places as "The Grapevine Opry" September 20,2008.
