Als Gewinner der RTL Castingshow DSDS eroberte 2009 Daniel Schuhmacher mit seiner unvergleichlichen Soulstimme die Herzen der Fernsehzuschauer. Es folgten u.a. eine zweifache Echo-Nominierung, der Gewinn des Viva-Cometen, 2 Alben, 5 Singles und 3 Touren mit Live-Band

Biography

Daniel Schuhmacher is currently working on his third album, which will contain only self-written songs. It will be pop with electro influences - the first single "On A New Wave" (released 02.12.2011) is a foretaste of the highly expected album – the release date is planned for late summer 2012.

As the winner of the RTL talent show DSDS (german equivalent of American Idol) Daniel Schuhmacher conquered 2009 the heart of the TV public with his incomparable soul voice. This was followed by two Echo nominations, a Viva Comet, 2 albums, 5 singles and 3 tours with a live band.
