Bruce Holmes tour dates for 2009

I'm a singer/songwriter/guitarist from Illinois. My first CD "Life's An Intelligence Test" has been picked up by 190 radio stations and the career is picking up a bit. One radio station called it "a masterpiece of acoustic music." I recently won 2nd Place and 3rd Place in the Great Lakes Songwriting Contest. I was also just picked as one of five Finalists in the Texas Songwriters' Serenade. I've been playing music since I was a teenager. I've had a fascinating life, been through it all and then some. Back in the 1980s I had a SciFi novel called "Anvil of the Heart" published. It made the Locus recommended list for the year and I still get nice notes from people who loved the book. I recorded a 48 lesson series on movement education called The Feldenkrais Lessons. I wrote a software program that turned into a business. I've taught Aikido and folk dancing and chess and juggling. I'm the father of three kids, the oldest two are now in college, the youngest is a freshman in high school. It's been a great life, and I keep learning from it.
