But you have to understand that they have been constantly working since 2004 with no breaks! Thats like working your job for 3 years straight with no days off. So you can understand Mark on that one. He is probly stressed out, and tired of constant work. Plus its hard on Brandon too! He just had a babby, and has a wife. While they are at home, he is on the road. So he cant be there with them. So that sucks for him.

To Whom It May Concern: I am a guy from Kansas City Missouri. I saw The Killers Preform on May 11th 2007. It was by far the greatest concert I have ever been to. The local DJ(whom dosent even like The Killers) also said it was the best show he has ever attended! And after I read other comments on here, I sadly have to agree with "CHICAGOCHICAGO". The stage was highly decorated, as if there was a play going on, and not a concert. Brandon was wearing a black suit, and danceing all over the satge, and singing, ang playing his keyboard. And once in a while stoping to talk with the crowd. And dave would do tricks with his guitar, wave to the crowd, and play, and stand near Brandon. And Ronnie would smile at the crowd, and throw out posters, and T-shirts, and drum sticks. But the whole time everyone noticed that Mark stood off in the right hand corner by himself. And just stared at his bass guitar just playind. NEVER ONCE LOKKED UP FROM HIS GUITAR AND LOOKED INTO THE CROWD!

Dear The Killers, I went to your show and loved it, but I can’t help but feel there’s something missing from your band. This something puzzled me for a while. But then I realized what it was. Human connection? I think so. But maybe not quite. I love you guys, love your music, but you guys were like robots on stage. It was weird. Before the show, I was like, “Wow, I’m actually going to see them! The people behind the music I’ve been listening to day in and day out! Wow. Right in front of me. Holy crap. This is amazing (as I’m typing this, I’m getting a rush of excitement)”. But I come home and I feel like I still haven’t seen you live. It’s like you don’t exist. Brandon danced very well, it was hot. Everyone played well. It looked good, but it wasn’t very… social. Ronnie was the most lively. He threw stuff into the crowd. Then he threw more stuff. And when he ran out, he threw flowers (I caught some leaves.. Well, more like viciously grabbed leaves away from the lucky guy who caught the flowers right next to me :D ). He was really, really sweet. He made my night. On the way home, all we talke about was the good music, Brandon dancing well/being cute, and how sweet Ronnie was. (sorry Mark and Dave. Dave, your back-up vocals were really cool. I heard them real well in Shadowplay. But Mark didn’t really do squat.) One note- Mark was really far away from the rest of the band. You were really spread out. God, I love the way he plays drums, too. It’s really exciting. Anyway, your show seemed like an act. Also, your MySpace is crap. Sorry. You update it once every never and they’re usually very brief and very unpersonal. “Hey. Here’s this. Bye.” I don’t like the idea of a fan club either. Mainly because I don’t want to pay to be in a fanclub. It’s not that I’m cheap- I can definitely afford it- I just don’t like the idea at all… You guys have great music. I think Hot Fuss was fun, cool.. but Sam’s Town showed off your musical skill. It’s beautiful. It’s not my favorite album, but it’s the best album I own. You guys are all about music, though. Try and be more active with your fans. And chill. Please relax. Chillax. We're not going anywhere. Take a break. Chicago loves you.

Personally, I think think this band is starting to let their fans down. First, it started with Mark. His attitude really is mean. Don't give me any excuses for him like he's having a bad day or he's not feeling well. If that's the case, that he hasn't been feeling well or hasn't has a good day for 3 years now. Calling bf's name out, only makes him walk away from his fans. I think that makes him a total ass. Espically since those fans were standing in line for many hours to see a concert, only 20 fans in line, and he just walks away. Maybe he feels he's just too good to sign autographs, or even just say hello. He could have just said hello. What's the big deal! He puts down other bands for their music. The Killers haven't taken a break. Their pushing this album. Panic is getting ready to re. another album after a nice long break and their fan base has grown so strong. The Killers fan base is getting really weak. If you check out The Killers site, they don't even show the number of fans or current photos of fans on their site. I believe there is a concern. Yes, they WERE awsome but they needed a BREAK a long time ago. Panic, My Chemical Romance, and other bands, are going to knock them right off the charts. Wait a mement, they aren't actually on the charts at this memont as we speak. They've been pushed off. I'll be darn. Take care and please think about what I'm saying. I'm not trying to put The Killers down. I just feel they should have taken a break a long time ago. BF is pushing too hard and this band needs a breather or they're just going to play them selves out like a windup doll is woundup doll is turned up too tight.
