Monday Evening Run

Hello Everyone, The direction (north or south) may vary. Come on out and get a great run done, and release that Monday stress! New members: Everyone runs at their own pace and usually runs from 3-5 miles. Everyone meets in the section near the bathrooms (men's side). Turn-around points when running North: 1 mile is just prior to the long downhill before reaching the 67th Ave bridge (2 miles total) 1.5 is just passed the bathrooms west of 67th Ave. (3 miles total) 2 mile is right after the last big dip (4 miles total) 2.5 mile is to the 75th Ave bridge and back (5 miles total)
