This 8-hour "primer" gives you enough information to clearly determine when short sale is a viable option. Once that has been established then determining the optimum price, listing details, strategies for negotiating with the lender as well as effective tools to challenge the appraisal as a listing agent. There are a number of disclosures which are critical to avoid possible liability for yourself, your broker and/or your client. We'll cover those as well.
