Description
Pelican Rapids is known for its huge Pelican Statue (Pelican Pete) on the Pelican River and viewable from the Broadway Bridge near the Visitor Info Center. As part of the 50th anniversary of its creation local artists created about thirty fibergalss pelicans. Many of these works of art are on display at resorts and homes on the nearby lakes. This bike tour will take you by many of these venues.
