FREE to the public Slow Food Park City and the Swaner EcoCenter present “Meet the Producers”, an event designed to inform area residents and restaurant buyers about options for purchasing locally and sustainably produced food. This event will provide an opportunity for the general public to meet and get to know their local producers. Producers will have the opportunity to meet the consumer and showcase their products, their growing and production methods, pricing, and distribution channels.
