Badminton Meet-Up - Sunday 8th Nov

Its a French holiday next weekend on Sunday 1st Nov..... I never did get the concept of a holiday on a Sunday - How can you do nothing all day twice??? Or do two negatives make a positive, in which case all of the shops will be open... As there's no need to get up early Sunday morning though, we are organising a Halloween Pub Crawl Saturday night (Sat 31st Oct). Starts at 9pm at McBrides Irish Pub on Rue St Denis.... Metro: Chatelet or Les Halles....So come and join us getting dressed up and partying the night away.... Any costume ideas are welcomed... I was a gay looking cowboy last year.... OK, back to badminton... The next Badminton Meet-Up will be Sunday 8th November 10am at the Gymnase Jean Verdier... Its from 10am to midday, but as always for those late risers its ok to get there at 11am.... Theres every chance we'll go for a drink at the Irish pub on the canal again afterwards... They have full Irish breakfasts for those with an appetite, although the steak and kidney pies seemed to be the preferential choice last week.. Please let me know if you cant turn up, as we have a limit of 10 people and I dont want to say no to other people that want to come.... See you all either Saturday night or a week on Sunday....
