Description
These classes offer a range of study which includes both the internal and external forms of Kung Fu. On Wednesday evenings in Hotchkis a wide range of Kung Fu forms are taught including Wing Chun, Tiger Crane, Choy Lee Fut, Praying Mantis & others. Students also learn the basic punching and kicking sets as well as Qigong internal energy development. This Wednesday class is designed for ongoing study but beginners are welcome any time. On Wednesday morning in Hotchkiss, focus is on the internal forms of Bagua, Tsing I and Tai Chi along with instruction in Qigong and Kwan Ping. Again, this class is ongoing but beginners are always welcome. The Thursday and Sunday classes in Paonia, CO tend to lean more toward Tai Chi and Qigong; however, students are also introduced to some of the external Kung Fu forms and are encouraged to advance their study as much as they wish.
