Learn the fundamentals of balance and movement as it applies to your golf swing. First tee jitters? No problem. With Tai Chi, students will naturally develop a depth of concentration seldom experienced. Learn to be in 'the zone' with every swing. This set of exercises has improved my game in every way. Allow me to share what I have learned. This workshop will be offered twice monthly during the months of January, February and March. All levels of golfers are encouraged to attend and should benefit from this instruction! Dress comfortably and appropriate for movement. Please donate what you feel it is worth tempered by what you can afford. All are welcome, no one turned away.
